At Hearts for Ukraine, we are committed to help those affected by war in Ukraine. Our organization was founded with the mission of providing essential medical and humanitarian aid to those in need, and we work tirelessly to ensure that our programs are providing crucial support to those impacted by the ongoing war in Ukraine.
Through our Medical Aid program, we deliver medical aid to overstressed hospitals and medical organizations in Ukraine. Our general collection donations help cover the shipping and distribution costs of these essential supplies.
The focus of our Humanitarian Aid program continually adapts as the nature of the conflict continues to evolve. In response to bombings of civilian cities, which left citizens without power and heat during a harsh winter, we focused on collecting warm clothing and raising funds for generators and hand warmers. After Kakhovka dam explosion, we purchased and delivered thousands of water filters to towns and villages devastated by that catastrophe.
Our volunteers are the beating heart of our organization! They are skilled and devoted people representing diverse backgrounds from the Bay Area and beyond.
